Bedrooms – The four spacious and light‑filled bedrooms have quality mattresses and linens for a restful sleep; two of them include en‑suite bathrooms. Large wardrobes, soft lighting and views of the garden or mountains create a peaceful atmosphere .

Bathrooms – Three modern, fully equipped bathrooms provide high‑quality towels, hairdryers and all the essentials you need .

Kitchen & dining room – The open‑plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and more. The villa enjoys a privileged position between mountains and sea, providing easy access to some of the most beautiful and distinctive beaches in western Crete . Within a short drive you’ll find organized beaches with facilities for the whole day as well as quieter, more secluded spots for peaceful swims . Some highlights include:

Agia Marina – 20 minutes – One of the area’s most popular beaches, Agia Marina is known for its long stretch of golden sand, shallow waters and laid‑back, family‑friendly atmosphere . Sun loungers, cafés, beach bars and tavernas make it ideal for spending the entire day by the sea. Water sports are also available .

Platanias Beach – 20 minutes – Just west of Agia Marina lies Platanias, a lively resort with a bustling beach, numerous seaside tavernas and bars. It’s a great choice if you want to combine swimming with a more social or lively beach experience .

Elafonisi Beach – 1 hour – One of Crete’s most iconic natural landmarks, Elafonisi is famous for its soft pink sand and crystal‑clear turquoise waters .
